I am a qualified maths and physics tutor with over 20 years experience in providing private one-to-one tuition.
I am an experienced A-level Maths and Physics lecturer based in Bristol, with over 16 years of teaching and tutoring experience across school and university settings.
I have supported students from a wide range of Bristol schools, including Gordano School, Clifton College, Bristol Grammar School and Badminton School, helping them build confidence, strengthen understanding and achieve excellent results in Maths and Physics.
Alongside private tuition, I have recently worked as a lecturer teaching Maths and Physics at University of Bristol, as well as Statistics and Engineering Mathematics at City of Bath College.
I currently teach both A-level and university-level Maths and Physics, and I specialise in explaining difficult ideas clearly, building exam technique, and helping students feel confident approaching challenging topics.
I have an up-to-date DBS certificate, a BSc joint honours in Mathematics and Physics and an MSc in Mathematics.
Experienced in teaching maths and physics for KS3, Nat5, GCSE, Higher, AS/A2-Level and University level courses, and also teach in preparation for professional exams such as the QTS numeracy test.
Tuition is currently online via Zoom or Teams and takes place mainly during weekday evenings and at weekends; you can see my availability on my booking calendar.
